Our firm consists of two partners, Kent Ovenden and David Ovenden.

We are located at the corner of Dundas Street and Camilla Road just East of Hurontario Street.

We have an extensive real estate practice for all types of sales, purchases and mortgages...etc. We are affiliated with Title Plus, which offers title insurance protection to purchasers. We are able to provide on-line registration to title documents where that service is available.

ESTATES, WILLS AND POWERS OF ATTORNEY

We can offer complete service in all matters related to estates, including advising and assisting estate trustees with their duties, and completing all matters related to estates. We can consult with your Accountant in the preparation of the estate income tax returns, or recommend an Accountant for you. We can advise on estate litigation matters and represent claimants or the estate.
We assist in the preparation of Wills and Powers of attorney.

COMMERCIAL AND CORPORATE MATTERS

Ovenden & Ovenden have an extensive corporate and commercial practice and offer advice and consultation in corporate and commercial acquisitions, business financing, preparing and maintaining corporate records and providing seamless interaction with your accountant to meet your needs.
